Job Description

Our client, a group of boutique financial services companies, offering first-class trading tools and products to a wide range of clients in several locations around the world. They have a physical presence with a number of offices worldwide, and they are looking to hire a wide number of retention agents in their office based in Limassol, Cyprus. Due to rapid growth, they are aiming to triple the retention team and are welcoming applications from fluent English-speaking candidates, who have a great drive for success, have a “thing” for sales, and a “spark” for continuous growth. The company follows a sales-driven approach with care for customer satisfaction, and they embrace a culture of leadership and guidance through an experienced and successful management team. All employees are constantly incentivized and the aim is to keep them upbeat, happy and energetic to always achieve the highest standards and receive the highest rewards.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Operating as the main point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients’ accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and maximizing trader value
  • Arranging meetings, mainly remotely, with clients to educate, serve and update
  • Increasing client value by building relationships of trust in order to proceed to higher investment
  • Solving queries and assisting clients with their concerns always keeping a focus on client retention
  • Achieving sales targets and team KPIs
  • Promoting the Company's products and services in an honest and fair manner


Skills and experience needed:

  • Previous experience in the financial services industry mainly on a CFD product offering is a must
  • Proven sales track record
  • Deep understanding of the financial markets
  • Hard-working and ability to identify sales opportunities
  • Strong drive to success and sales motivated with an outgoing personality
  • Ambition to achieve sales goals
  • Drive for financial reward
  • Team spirit, friendly, easy-going
  • Fluency in English is an absolute must
  • Fluency in another language will be considered as a major advantage, especially in German
