As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT and non-IT marketing projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, content, and sales, to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Agile methodology to plan, manage, and deliver solutions efficiently.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Establish and control project scope, constraints, and stakeholder communication and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Secure and manage resources for cross-functional interdependencies and prioritize shared resources across projects.
- Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
- University degree in an IT or business-related field
- 5+ years of software project management experience in Agile, with at least 2 years leading Scrum teams as a Scrum master.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum methodology, Agile framework, SDLC, and project management methodologies.
- Strong commitment to delivering products in time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good skills in decision-making, teamwork, and problem-solving.
