Job Description

Our client is a leading importer of furniture, carpets, and home accessories with over 100 partnerships in place. The group has 55 years of experience in designing holistic solutions for homes and businesses with furniture, wallpapers, and carpets including niche accessories.


Due to the growth that the company is experiencing, they are now looking to hire a creative and enthusiastic Customer Experience Officer (CXO) to join their team in Limassol! As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be responsible for designing strategies and policies to help the Company create positive customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing feedback surveys.
  • Scheduling in-person and online meetings with customers.
  • Creating appreciation practices for loyal customers.
  • Improving and maintaining the overall brand experience.
  • Educating the company employees on the customer's lifecycle and buyer's journey.
  • Creating campaigns to improve brand image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
  • Monitoring and measuring customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive measures to maintain positive experiences.
  • Respond to customers' inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
  • Measuring and analyzing customer feedback across online and offline channels.
  • Inform customers about new product features and functions.
  • Collaborate with IT, as well as production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer experience and brand awareness.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and preparing reports.
  • Evaluating the after-sales services and initiating improvements.
  • Document procedures and record technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, PR or related field;
  • At least 5 year's experience in a similar position;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and listening ability;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • High sense of responsibility and professionalism;
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
