WorkForce International is proud to have partnered up with an international Asset Management firm. With an exceptional reputation in financial management and professional services, they seek to hire an experienced Financial Controller for their team in Nicosia.
The purpose of the role is to work alongside the CFO, and assist in all accounting and financial aspects of the company as well as assist in setting up processes and efficiencies within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Overlooking the full accounting function of the group, including foreign entities
· Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts including any other financial reports and presentations for the management and stakeholders
· Implement and maintain internal financial control & audit procedures for accounting, finance, and expenditure
· Develop a scorecard to measure various KPIs and suggestions for improvement
· Develop and implement robust transfer pricing policies and strategies. Collaborate across departments to gather necessary financial data and documentation.
· Cash flow preparation and management
· Profit center analysis and costing of projects
· Feasibility study for new Projects and/or capital expenditure
· Cooperation with other departments for smooth Company performance
· Member of the management team for improvements in software programs and systems
· Preparation of annual financial budget and quarterly reforecast
· Previous experience with finance systems integrations/implementations and Transfer Pricing studies will be considered an advantage
· Projects assigned by CFO
Your Profile:
· Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance/CPA/ Chartered Accountant from certified accountancy bodies such as ACCA/ICAEW
· Proven success in a Financial Manager or equivalent position of a global organization
· In-depth knowledge and experience in the discipline of Accounting and Finance
· Proven success in people management
