Prompt Engineer (Voice AI – Remote, Global)

What you’ll do
- Design, test, and refine prompts, dialogue flows, and evaluation pipelines that make voice AI agents more accurate, natural, and human-like.
- Work closely with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) teams to optimize prompt strategies for real-time conversations.
- Develop and maintain a prompt library supporting multilingual, personality-driven voice agents.
- Analyze errors, improve response logic, and enhance user experience through systematic A/B testing and iterative prompt tuning.
- Collaborate with data engineers and linguists to ensure quality, tone, and accuracy across multiple languages and customer use-cases.
- Stay on top of the latest developments in LLMs, voice interfaces, and conversational AI frameworks.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience crafting and optimizing prompts for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).
- Solid understanding of NLP or conversational AI, ideally including speech systems or virtual assistant development.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with AI integration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG).
- Ability to measure prompt performance and iterate quickly using quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Curious, experimental mindset — someone who thrives on solving complex language and interaction challenges.
