Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Product/Technical Department, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee consultants, contractors, and vendors to maintain technical accuracy and consistent execution.
- Track progress, handle client requests, and support a seamless client experience throughout development.
- Manage contracts, project documentation, and change orders.
- Resolve technical issues proactively while maintaining compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor expenses and maintain strong financial control across all project phases.
- Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor the Product Team, ensuring all technical requirements and deadlines are met.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience, ideally within real estate development.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end real estate development lifecycle.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Highly organized, communicative, and confident in negotiation and coordination.
