Job Description
We are looking for an AI Solutions & Business Integration Consultant to join a growing team delivering AI-powered solutions to enterprise clients.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in ERP/CRM consulting or business systems implementation, who is comfortable working directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into practical, technology-driven solutions.
You will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that client requirements are clearly defined, properly implemented, and delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
- Translate client needs into clear functional specifications for development teams
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and technical teams during implementation
- Support the configuration and integration of AI solutions within existing systems (CRM, ERP, APIs, etc.)
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions
- Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client expectations
- Support client onboarding and provide guidance during implementation phases
- Track progress of tasks and ensure deliverables are aligned with agreed requirements
- Contribute to improving workflows and optimizing AI-driven processes
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in:
- ERP/CRM consulting or implementation roles
- Business analysis or functional consulting
- Client-facing technology roles
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Exposure to system integrations (APIs, CRM, ERP platforms)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work closely with both business users and technical teams
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to AI-driven solutions, chatbots, or automation tools
- Basic understanding of AI concepts (prompt engineering, workflows, etc.)
- Experience supporting QA/testing or user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Background in consulting or solution delivery environments
