Our client, an international ASP company, with offices in Cyprus and Russia, is looking to hire a Compliance Officer, for their office in Limassol.
Your Responsibilities:
- Client on-boarding
- Client due diligence («Know-Your-Client» procedure)
- Compliance risk analysis
- Ongoing and transactional monitoring
- Preparation of internal compliance documents
- Submission of reports to the local financial regulatory
- Annual update of KYC procedures and control of their implementation
- Control of changes in the applicable legislation
- Organization of the process of regular exchange of information within the company
- Organization and maintenance of a compliance environment in the company
- Training of team members
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Economics
- +2 years of experience in compliance
- You must have experience in working with documents of international companies
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages (Greek as an advantage)
- Ability and willingness to do business trips (several times a year)
- Be able to work with a large amount of information
- Organize and delegate teamwork: set tasks and control their execution
