Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our client's team in Limassol. They are an international FX company with several global locations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the IT or Fintech sector, with a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, and project management. In your hands, business requirements will transform into technical solutions. You’ll build a clear understanding of their business needs and plans; then translate them into IT specifications and roadmaps.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Develop business requirements and specifications, including use cases, functional requirements, and user stories
- Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as intended
- Define and document business processes and workflows
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to support business decision-making
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, and ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in the IT or Fintech sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of financial systems and processes is a plus
