Job Description

Our client is an UK FCA authorized electronic money institution, that provides true digital banking experience for SMEs and private clients. There purpose is to make life of SMEs easier by creating a friendly digital environment with 100% reliable tools with cutting-edge fintech, regtech and legaltech solutions. As they are experiencing growing pains, they are looking to hire an enterprising and self-motivated Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Limassol.


As part of their team, you will play a key role in reshaping the future of embedded finance by delivering payment products for entrepreneurs worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Continuously strive to enhance customer experience and satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of financial technology products
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
