Sales Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our clients operations team in Nicosia and help them achieve their goals. Our client is an international FMCG company with operations in Europe and North Africa. The purpose of the role is to work alongside the Capabilities Manager, and accept delegated responsibilities and duties to provide sales and operational support.  This is a great opportunity to join the leading Beverage firm in North Africa and contribute to their continued success and growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact sales team to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Your Profile

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Certification in Administration, Sales or relevant field is a plus
