Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead their team and drive the strategic direction of their company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology industry, demonstrating strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for product innovation. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, driving growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to their clients. The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, and exceptional budgeting, and finance skills. The noteworthy general manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, and enhance the organization's image.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and investors.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new products or services, ensuring they meet market demands and align with the company's goals.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior management role within the ICT, technology, Fintech and/or Digital industry, demonstrating successful leadership in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial technology, market trends, and regulatory landscape in the Fintech sector.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication in both English and Greek, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and achieving business targets.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-performance results.
  • Strong ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
