Due to sustained growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a Technical Support and Operations Lead to join their team in Nicosia. Key Accountabilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices.
- Respond to and lead teams during operational crises.
- Contribute to the administering of all software support systems including user administration.
- Work with management to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the systems and tools administered by the team.
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in computer science, electrical and computer engineering, or equivalent work experience, master’s degree preferred.
- Prometheus Certified Associate (PCA) preferred.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) will be considered as an advantage.
Experience / Skills
- 3+ years proven track record in a similar position.
- Experience with log, metrics, or trace observability.
- Experience with Kubernetes and/or container orchestration.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated efficiency in time management, and task prioritisation.
