Compliance Officer

Job Description

Our client is an international company providing corporate and consulting services. Operating since 2003 it has successfully managed to open offices in Cyprus, Russia, Hong Kong and Latvia. They are currently looking for a Compliance Officer for their team in Limassol. This position is a hybrid role, which doesnt require you to be in the office often.


  • Onboarding clients
  • Full cycle KYC: analysis of client profiles, preparation of compliance conclusions (KYC), conducting KYC checks
  • Analysis of compliance risks
  • Analysis of client transactions
  • Preparation of internal documents
  • Reporting to the regulator
  • Development of compliance procedures, recommendations, and monitoring their implementation
  • Tracking changes in applicable legislation
  • Organizing the process of regular information exchange within the company
  • Establishing and maintaining a compliance environment and culture of ethical behavior
  • Conducting staff training


  • Degree in Law, Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance (ASP, banks, brokers, etc)
  • Holder of the Advanced CySec exam, or planning on completing it
  • Fluent in both English & Russian languages
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Professionally relevant qualities: analytical, systematic, and classification skills; ability to take responsibility; initiative; ability to work in a team
