With offices in Cyprus, Greece, and India, they’re scaling rapidly and using cutting-edge innovations in TTS, STT, and large language models


Due to growth, we are now looking to find a passionate and talented Client Onboarding Engineer – to join their growing AI core team.


About the Role

In this role, you will guide new customers through the successful configuration and implementation of their first Voice AI Agent scenarios using the Kalimera.ai platform. You will act as the first point of contact for onboarding, ensuring a smooth and impactful start to customers’ journey within kalimera.ai.


This position is ideal for someone who combines customer onboarding experience, strong business acumen with technical curiosity and has a passion for creating excellent customer journeys.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for new customers during the onboarding phase.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design tailored Voice AI Agent scenarios.
  • Assist in prompt creation and refinement for optimal AI performance.
  • Create templates for Voice AI Agent scenarios that can be used as a starting point for tailored needs.
  • Provide clear training and documentation on platform usage.
  • Ensure customers are successfully set up and confident using our platform.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to relay feedback and improve the onboarding process.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and clarity in both Greek and English.
  • Travel to customer locations or events when needed.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer onboarding, technical account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Background in call center operations or contact center solutions is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of AI prompting and conversational design principles.
  • Business mindset with the ability to understand customer goals and how the platform can deliver value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer timelines simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
