WorkForce International is proud to be exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing international e-commerce and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider serving global direct-to-consumer (D2C) and direct-selling giants. With a tech-first approach and operations in over 10 countries, the company is redefining how brands scale across markets. The position is based in Limassol, Cyprus (Relocation Support Offered) | 🌍 Hybrid Work Options Available within Cyprus.


We are now searching for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their multinational technology organization and define the future of their digital ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the company’s technology roadmap, aligned with business expansion goals and digital transformation efforts.
  • Oversee global teams across software engineering, ERP, IT infrastructure, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate closely with the COO and fellow department heads to translate tech strategies into business outcomes.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in e-commerce and operations.
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, and security across all platforms.
  • Lead governance initiatives, including compliance with international standards and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Hire, mentor, and structure a growing global technology team spanning multiple jurisdictions and time zones.


What You Bring

  • 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent).
  • Deep experience with e-commerce platforms, BPO technologies, and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong foundation in .NET, microservices, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven success managing distributed development teams and large-scale digital operations.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, ISO standards, and other international regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to align tech with commercial goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Master’s or MBA preferred).
