We are now searching for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their multinational technology organization and define the future of their digital ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the company’s technology roadmap, aligned with business expansion goals and digital transformation efforts.
- Oversee global teams across software engineering, ERP, IT infrastructure, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
- Collaborate closely with the COO and fellow department heads to translate tech strategies into business outcomes.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in e-commerce and operations.
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and security across all platforms.
- Lead governance initiatives, including compliance with international standards and cybersecurity protocols.
- Hire, mentor, and structure a growing global technology team spanning multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent).
- Deep experience with e-commerce platforms, BPO technologies, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong foundation in .NET, microservices, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven success managing distributed development teams and large-scale digital operations.
- Familiarity with GDPR, ISO standards, and other international regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to align tech with commercial goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Master’s or MBA preferred).
