WorkForce International has partnered with a fast-scaling international BPO and digital commerce solutions provider serving large multinational organizations in direct selling and D2C markets. Their complex software ecosystems drive operations across the globe — and now they’re seeking a dynamic Head of Development (.NET) to take engineering excellence to the next level.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership across multiple .NET feature teams led by 3 team leads, each composed of developers, BAs, and QA professionals.
  • Set and enforce engineering standards, development methodologies, and delivery processes.
  • Oversee the full development lifecycle from technical design to release, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Act as a mentor and motivator to promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Product Management, DevOps, and Business Operations.
  • Continuously assess team performance and allocate resources to maximize productivity and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by introducing new tools, frameworks, and architectural practices.
  • Contribute to technical strategy, budgeting, and KPI tracking across engineering operations.


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong background in .NET technologies.
  • 5+ years of technical leadership managing multiple agile teams.
  • Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices, modern DevOps pipelines, and Agile delivery.
  • Exceptional team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with non-technical departments and executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Bonus points for experience with Azure, cloud-based architectures, and distributed systems.
