Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow in a professional services environment? Our client, a well-established boutique law firm in Nicosia with a strong reputation for delivering first-class legal and corporate services, is looking for a Corporate & Legal Administrator to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some administrative experience—particularly in corporate filings—who is ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and professional environment.

What you'll be doing:

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while supporting corporate administration matters for the firm’s clients. Your main responsibilities will focus on:

Corporate Administration (primary focus)

  • Preparing and submitting statutory filings with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (RoC), such as HE forms and name approvals
  • Assisting with new company incorporations
  • Maintaining and updating corporate registers
  • Supporting board/shareholder meeting procedures (AGMs, resolutions, notices)
  • Handling UBO submissions and navigating the Ariadne government portal
  • Liaising with RoC officers to resolve filing issues

Legal/Office Administration (secondary support duties)

  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and schedules
  • Managing calls, mail, couriers, and reception duties
  • Acting as a contact point for suppliers and office logistics
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal team

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior experience with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and corporate records
  • Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written)
  • Professional services/office experience
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • A positive attitude, common sense, and the ability to “handle working alongside lawyers”

What’s on offer:

  • Competitive gross salary in the €24,000 – €26,000 range (depending on experience)
  • Structured working hours: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon–Thurs) and 8:30 – 13:30 (Fri)
  • The chance to train and grow in a professional environment—junior candidates with basic experience are encouraged to apply
  • Flexibility to discuss hybrid/flexible working arrangements after the first year

This is a newly created position due to growth—not a replacement—so you’ll be joining a team that values collaboration and is excited to welcome new talent.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and build your expertise in corporate administration within a respected legal setting, we’d love to hear from you.
