As Financial Controller, you’ll be a key strategic partner to senior management — guiding major financial decisions, ensuring robust reporting, and leading a talented accounting team through the exciting challenges of a rapidly expanding business. Your work will help drive financial excellence and support the delivery of landmark developments that define modern living in Cyprus.
What you’ll do:
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and insight.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and project financing.
- Strengthen compliance, audit readiness, and internal control frameworks.
- Provide financial leadership and mentorship across the accounting department.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience within real estate or construction.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Experience with Cycom software is an advantage.
What’s on offer:
- Annual gross salary: €40,000–€55,000 (inclusive of 13th salary)
