We’re looking for a Project Designer/Architect who’s passionate about design excellence and eager to take the lead in shaping projects from concept to completion. You’ll be part of a growing team where creativity meets practicality — and where every project tells a story of innovation and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead concept development, master planning, and detailed design for residential and mixed-use projects.
- Oversee design management throughout all project stages, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
- Handle project licensing and compliance, ensuring adherence to Cypriot building regulations and planning codes.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of design documentation.
- Engage with key stakeholders — clients, suppliers, and authorities — to bring design visions to reality.
- Support construction oversight, ensuring that the final product reflects the design intent.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design or Engineering.
- Registered or eligible for registration as an Architect in Cyprus.
- Strong knowledge of Cypriot planning and building regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design or project coordination.
- Passionate about creating high-quality, innovative, and sustainable designs.
