As a Purchasing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every project runs smoothly — sourcing the best materials, managing supplier relationships, and keeping costs on track. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, integrity, and growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services for ongoing projects.
  • Support project estimation and cost control to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare and issue variation orders in line with project and financial requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor supplier performance, addressing issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and finance to ensure seamless procurement processes.
  • Provide accurate reporting and documentation to support project delivery and audit readiness.


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering (an advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within construction or property development.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Committed to ethical, transparent, and professional conduct in all dealings.


What's on offer:

  • Annual Salary: €22,000–€30,000 (inclusive of 13th salary)
