Our client is seeking a motivated Project Controller to join the company's growing team. This role involves Coordinate project schedules, teams, and communication for residential and mixed-use projects.

- Project Planning & Coordination
- Site Oversight & Issue Resolution
- Timeline & Documentation Management
- Stakeholder Communication
- Meeting Facilitation & Follow-up
- Financial & Administrative Support
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate and construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Expertise in Cost Management and Budgeting
Additional Benefits:
- Gross annual salary range: €18,000 to €30,000
- The annual gross salary is inclusive of the 13th-month payment
