As a Senior Commercial Officer, you’ll play a key role in managing procurement, tendering, and cost control across multiple large-scale developments. You’ll lead strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate supplier agreements, and ensure each project is delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze tender documents, prepare Bills of Quantities, and compile tender pricing.
  • Oversee procurement activities and supplier negotiations to ensure best market value locally and internationally.
  • Manage cost monitoring, CVRs, and payment certifications for active projects.
  • Collaborate with project and site teams to ensure financial and operational alignment.
  • Continuously refine procurement and commercial processes for greater efficiency and value.
  • Monitor actual work progress and prepare Interim Payment Certificates.
  • Support leadership in budget management, forecasting, and strategic sourcing.


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in procurement or commercial management, ideally within construction or property development.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proven record of achieving cost efficiencies.
  • Experienced in project and team management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
