Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Delivery Manager to lead technology operations across the Group and its subsidiaries. This role is pivotal in ensuring that IT services align with business goals while maintaining high standards of security, reliability, and cost efficiency. The successful candidate will oversee the external IT service provider under defined SLAs, manage the IT budget, and act as a trusted technology advisor to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor performance of the Group’s external IT service provider to ensure SLA compliance, system uptime, and responsive support.
- Act as the Group’s key decision-maker for IT infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, and procurement, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001 standards.
- Lead and deliver IT initiatives that enhance operational performance and support business growth across multiple entities.
- Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities.
- Ensure business continuity through effective data protection, backup, and recovery planning.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices in line with compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with teams across Greece, Cyprus, and the UK to ensure consistent service delivery and technological alignment.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and recommend innovations that can add strategic value.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management.
- Proven success managing third-party IT service providers under SLA agreements.
- Experience working within ISO 27001-compliant environments.
- Strong knowledge of networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity principles.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial acumen, with experience in IT budgeting and cost control.
