Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure solutions related to digitalisation, document management, workflow automation, and data security

• Prepare case studies on:

  • Digital transformation
  • Secure archiving
  • Workflow optimisation
  • GDPR

• Provide technical support to the sales team, including:

  • Preparing technical proposals
  • Delivering solution presentations, demos, and workshops to new and existing clients
  • Support scanning workflows, indexing rules, and data quality checks

• Monitor customer KPIs and identify improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with operations to streamline processes (digitisation pipelines, audit trails, secure document handling, process maps, user manuals, implementation plans)

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical issues for customers

• Analyse customer needs and develop tailored technical proposals

• Research emerging technologies, software tools, automation trends, and security solutions


Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

• Master’s degree is an advantage

• Certifications in IT Project Management (Prince2, PMP) are considered a plus

• 2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following:

  1. Technology Implementation
  2. IT Business Analysis
  3. Solutions Consulting
  4. Workflow Automation
  5. Cybersecurity

• Fluent in Greek and English

• Strong technological literacy

• Methodical, reliable, and detail‑oriented in data management

• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
