Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand identity, recognition, awareness, and positioning strategies
  • Manage and coordinate product marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Lead online brand and product awareness initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging
  • Provide sales support materials and communication tools
  • Plan and coordinate participation in construction and property industry events
  • Monitor campaign performance through reporting and analytics
  • Support Management with additional communication and branding initiatives as require


Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
  • Experience in brand management, communications, or marketing strategy
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and online brand positioning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in property development, construction, or real estate will be considered an advantage
