Job Description

A fast‑growing, product‑led tech company is transforming how global businesses buy, ship, support, and recover IT equipment. Their SaaS platform centralizes procurement, logistics, and lifecycle management into one seamless experience—powering operations for companies scaling across multiple regions. With rapid expansion and an increasingly global warehouse footprint, they are strengthening their Supply Chain team with a hands‑on WH & Logistics Operations Specialist.

This is an opportunity to join a company that is still early enough for your impact to be visible, but established enough to offer stability, structure, and a clear growth path. You’ll work with modern tools, global partners, and a leadership team that values ownership, clarity, and operational excellence.

Why this role is a great opportunity

• You join a high‑growth tech company redefining a traditionally outdated logistics space.

• You work directly with 3PLs and internal teams across multiple regions—your work has immediate, measurable impact.

• You gain exposure to global warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics optimization.

• You become part of a small, high‑performing team where your ideas matter and process improvements are encouraged.

• You work hybrid or remotely from Cyprus/Greece/Europe, with flexibility and autonomy.

• You join a company scaling fast—meaning real opportunities for career progression as the network expands.

What you will be doing

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across a global warehouse network.

• Manage daily communication and operational alignment with 3PL warehouse partners.

• Monitor and control inventory movements, adjustments, and transfers in WMS/ERP systems.

• Ensure high inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies to identify root causes.

• Lead quarterly cycle counts with 3PL partners and validate reconciliation reports.

• Define, document, and enforce warehouse SOPs (receiving, picking, returns, write‑offs).

• Coordinate offboarding processes, including asset returns, reconciliation, and write‑offs.

• Act as the main point of contact between Operations, Finance, Procurement, and warehouse partners.

• Maintain accurate system records and support month‑end inventory reporting and audits.

• Identify process gaps and proactively drive improvements across warehouse and logistics workflows.

• Contribute to the expansion of the warehouse network by identifying new operational opportunities.

What you bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or inventory control.

• Hands‑on experience with WMS/ERP systems.

• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Analytical mindset and confidence working with operational data.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced startup environment.

• Highly organized, process‑oriented, and execution‑driven.

If you want to join a company where logistics, technology, and global operations meet—and where your work directly shapes the customer experience—this role is an excellent next step.
