Job Description
If you’re looking for a role that goes far beyond routine admin and gives you exposure to international corporate work, this is it.
Our client — a well‑established Corporate Services provider in Limassol — is expanding their team and seeking a Legal Assistant / Corporate Administrator who wants to work closely with global clients, manage entities across multiple jurisdictions, and be part of an international, fast-moving environment.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where you’ll collaborate directly with the company’s client and their international team, handling corporate matters across jurisdictions such as Hong Kong, Marshall Islands, Estonia, Vanuatu, Georgia, and more.
Why This Role Is Interesting
• You’ll work exclusively with international jurisdictions — no local Cyprus corporate work.
• You’ll be in direct contact with the client and their global team, not hidden behind layers of internal bureaucracy.
• You’ll manage multi‑entity, multi‑jurisdiction corporate portfolios, giving you exposure that many corporate admin roles simply don’t offer.
• You’ll use modern tools (including AI) to streamline your workflow and operate efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Administer and maintain corporate entities across several international jurisdictions.
• Prepare and submit documentation for corporate bank account openings.
• Complete regulatory and application forms accurately across different frameworks.
• Update organisational structures and corporate charts.
• Support senior management with board resolutions, minutes, shareholder documents, and governance tasks.
• Maintain well-organised, consistent online filing systems for each entity.
• Track and monitor all compliance deadlines, proactively notifying management of upcoming obligations.
• Edit PDFs, prepare documents, and manage data using Word, Excel, and AI tools such as Claude.
What You Bring
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate services, company secretarial, or a related field.
• Experience working with international corporate documents.
• Hands-on involvement in bank account opening processes.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to file management.
• Ability to manage deadlines independently and prioritise effectively.
• Confidence using AI tools, PDF editors, and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
• Experience with jurisdictions such as Marshall Islands, Georgia, Vanuatu, Hong Kong, Estonia, or similar.
• Exposure to cross-border corporate structuring or multi-jurisdiction reporting.
• A tech-forward, problem-solving attitude and willingness to adopt new tools.
If you want a role where you’ll grow, learn, and work internationally every single day — this is a fantastic opportunity.
