Job Description
Our client is a fast-moving, Anjouan-licensed online casino and sports betting operator with serious growth ambitions — and we need a Head of Affiliation who can match their pace. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who has been there, done it, and is ready to lead from the front.
You'll take full ownership of our affiliate program — from strategy and team-building to deal-making and performance optimisation. If you've built affiliate programs before and you're ready to do it again with the freedom to make it your own, this opportunity is worth your attention.
Location: Cyprus-based (remote-first, with occasional team meetings in Limassol or Larnaca)
What You'll Be Leading
- Own the full affiliate strategy — positioning, growth, partnerships, and performance
- Build, recruit, and lead a team of affiliate managers, creating a culture of accountability and excellence
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value affiliate accounts with a focus on long-term ROI
- Drive the identification and onboarding of new, high-impact affiliate partners globally
- Negotiate advanced commission structures and strategic deal terms
- Leverage performance data to make smart, fast decisions and continuously optimise campaigns
- Oversee accurate, timely affiliate payment reporting
- Sit at the leadership table — collaborating cross-functionally to align affiliate efforts with company-wide marketing and commercial goals
- Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor dynamics to keep us ahead

- Demonstrated experience building and leading affiliate teams
