As the business continues to grow and invest in technology, reporting excellence and data-driven decision making, they are seeking an experienced Consolidation & Reporting Manager to strengthen their Group Finance function.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Group Finance function, you will take ownership of the Group's consolidation and reporting activities while partnering with finance teams across multiple jurisdictions. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate IFRS reporting, driving process improvements, and transforming financial data into actionable business intelligence.

Technology and automation are central to this role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys improving reporting processes through Power BI, advanced Excel and data analytics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidation process in accordance with IFRS.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports and supporting analysis.
  • Review financial submissions from international subsidiaries, ensuring consistency and compliance with Group accounting policies.
  • Perform consolidation adjustments, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations and other IFRS requirements.
  • Partner with finance teams across multiple countries to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate the Group external audit process and liaise with external auditors.
  • Produce meaningful financial and operational analysis that supports senior management decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations using Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Identify trends, opportunities and risks through detailed data analysis.
  • Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvements across reporting processes.
  • Work closely with Finance and IT teams to integrate and enhance reporting systems.
  • Support technical accounting matters and monitor developments in IFRS.
  • Contribute to ESG reporting and sustainability analytics where applicable.


What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with professionals who bring both strong technical accounting expertise and a genuine passion for data analytics.

You will ideally have:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification.
  • Around 3+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Strong experience within a multinational group or complex corporate structure.
  • Proven experience with Group consolidations and IFRS reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills together with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and financial data visualisation.
  • Experience working with ERP and consolidation systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with an interest in automation, AI and continuous process improvement.
  • Experience within the Pharmaceutical, FMCG or similarly structured international organisations will be considered a significant advantage.
