Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Description

Our client is one of the fastest-growing real estate companies on the Cyprus market, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, development, and construction. Due to this growth, they are looking to expand their team and are currently looking for a Sales Manager for their office in Paphos.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Full management of the sales and marketing for the promotion of the Paphos and Polis second hand and developer property market
  • Full management of the sales and marketing for the promotion of the company's own developments in Paphos
  • Meeting personal sales targets
  • Meeting office sales targets
  • The motivation of team members and improvement of organizational structure
  • Development and execution of the marketing plan for the purpose of lead generation
  • Development of cross-sales between different cities 
  • Development of agent network

Requirements for the position:

  • Successful B2C and B2B sales and marketing experience are required with more than 5 years in a similar role
  • Fluent Russian and English is a must, knowledge of any other languages will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office software
  • Result-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious team player
  • Have a resilient, positive, and friendly attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
