Job Description

They are at the forefront of every new technology and with that unique expertise, they help the most advanced enterprises, unicorns and rising startups achieve their goals: performance and cost optimization, secure apps & websites, cloud/global data centers. We are currently looking for an Office Manager, to overlook all office and HR admin of the company.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing effectiveness by providing information management support.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis 
  • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments
  • Providing timely and efficient assistance to the staff of the office
  • Filing and updating contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system
  • Assisting in all HR administration, employee onboarding, and paperwork
  • Preparing reports by collecting information.
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting memos, letters, and other documents
  • Maintaining the premises and ensuring that all office equipment and facilities are in good working condition
  • Coordinating the cleaning and maintenance supporting staff
  • Undertaking general administrative duties as assigned
  • Ability to take initiative and deliver results
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment and arranging for any maintenance required
  • To be the first and last point of contact for visitors and greet them accordingly
  • Dealing with telephone and email inquiries
  • Receiving and/or direct calls to the concerned person 
  • Preparing the conference rooms for upcoming meetings
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time


Key Requirements:

  • University degree/diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in both Greek and English languages
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position is essential 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Well presented with friendly and polite personality 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with great emphasis on multitasking
