With offices worldwide, they are looking for a Contracts Administrator for their office in Nicosia. Your main duties will be to prepare and review various company contracts, including purchases, sales, and business partnerships.


To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail, along with the ability to discover potential risks for our clients. You should also analyze contracts with an eye toward reducing costs and increasing profits while ensuring compliance with the law. Ultimately, you should ensure all contracts conform to legislative requirements and meet our clients' goals.


Your Responsibilities

  • Overlook sales and client contracts
  • Review and update existing contracts
  • Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
  • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping)
  • Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records
  • Create language standards for existing and new contracts


Your Profile:

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Finance, and or Economics
  • Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator and/or Corporate Administrator
  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
  • Familiarity with accounting procedures would be a plus
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners
