As Chief Accountant, you’ll take ownership of the accounting operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure financial excellence across a portfolio of exciting construction and real estate projects. What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles.
- Supervise cash flow and treasury management.
- Support audits and maintain accurate profit & loss and balance sheet reporting.
- Train, guide, and develop your accounting team.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate or construction accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Experience with Cycom software is a plus.
